I understand that all orders are Final.  I also understand that I am placing an order for Musical Instrument(s) that Extreme Guitars Corporation may have, in stock or need to order.  I will not institute a request for a chargeback, when paying by means of American Express, Mastercard, Visa or Discover Card, as I understand that all orders are final.  I understand that some or all of my order may have a wait time from order to final shipment and Extreme Guitars corporation cannot guarantee a dedicated timeframe of same.

Extreme Guitars Corporation does have the ability, at their discretion to change this policy at any time to include a partial refund, less a 25% Stocking fee, covering all original merchant processing fees or Paypal fees.  Extreme Guitars Corporation also has the right to offer a Store Credit for any order, should I not be able to finish or wish to cancel.
