Returns & Exchanges


We are a true Guitar & Bass Boutique, not a warehouse or catalog.  Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or trials on instruments or gear.

All Sales are Final.

Shipping


Extreme Guitars uses USPS Global EMS and UPS to insure prompt delivery, and your complete satisfaction. Most items are shipped via Ground Service, but special arrangements can be made if you have unique requirements. Call us, or e-mail us if you have any special shipping requirements or questions.

All US Guitar Purchases will be sent with Full Insurance.  If there is any Shipping Damage, please contact us Immediately and we will initiate your claim and help you to get your Instrument Repaired, either by sending it directly into the Factory or a qualified Luthier.
