“When a child learns by experience that music forges direct links between self and world, self-expression becomes more fluent; the music, then helps interpret "who I am”.  As a music teacher, Frank instills in his students the ability to think on their own and develop maturely through their music.  Frank started teaching at a professional music school since he was a teenager, inspiring and motivating students from the ages of 5.  Upon completing high school in Guam, an island in the Pacific, he relocated to Boca Raton, Florida to pursue a music degree from Florida Atlantic University.  Apart from teaching and gigging in the South Florida region, Frank is currently pursuing a Masters in teaching.
